职位说明与要求:
Position: Senior Sales Manager
Responsibility:
- Establish and maintain long term customers relationship and able to provide sales solutions.
- Expand customer networks and develop to the sales strategy into retail and 2nd/3rd markets.
- According to regional characteristics, structuring the sales plan/strategy, ensure knowledge of day-to day markets movement and accurately allocate the cargo to the best market to maximize sales profits.
- Follow up on sales with clients, including price, stock, quality feedback, etc.
- Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Above 4 years’ experience in imported fruits industry, proficient and rich experience of distribution business, with retail sources is a plus
- Sales track record & current sales distribution channels
- Strong analytical thinking with problem solving capabilities
- Very good organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Good at office skills & Good communication in English
薪资待遇:
Salary: 200k-250k per year (insurance & housing fund) .
Bonus will be based on their yearly and company’s performance.
