Job Summary/职位综述
Establish local marketing strategy, plans and policies to support sales and revenue objectives of China market. Work
closely with the International BU marketing team and International Research & Development lead to integrate
insights with value-added product innovation/development relevant to the China market. Perform sales support
activities such as developing impactful customer presentations and developing local merchandising and advertising as
necessary.

Key Roles & Responsibilities/工作职责
Plan, develop and execute trade marketing campaign aligning with brand strategy to achieve business
objective;

Manage KPIs and tracking mechanism to measure and enhance effectiveness of trade marketing programs
after the KPI report analysis;
管理 KPIs及其追踪机制并依据对 KPI的报告分析结果来评价并营销方案的有效性并给出改进意见
Work closely with marketing and sales team to ensure the smooth implementation of the trade marketing
strategies and programs, and develop effective plan to support distributor channel and KA;

Visit and understand key customers to deliver customize programs;

Provide advice to ensure the communications program with minimum conflict to trade partners’ interest;

Organize and ensure the optimal presence in trade show;

Assist Sale team to run sales campaign including but not limited product launch, worldwide industry
exhibition, innovation week, product training, etc.

Support bottom-up budget proposals and supervise the execution;

Optimize the programs continuously and improving ROI;

Experience& Qualification Requirements/经验及能力要求
Bachelor degree and above with major in sales, marketing or food science related
销售、市场、食品科学相关专业本科及以上学历
8 years above food related sales experience, with at least 6 years in trade marketing position, frozen foods
sales experience is a plus
8年以上食品行业相关经验,其中至少有 6年通路行销岗位经验,最好有冷冻食品行业经验
Familiar with both B2B and B2C business model

Superior knowledge of market, customers, events arrangement and NPD process management
